Bad news for East Coast travellers — CanJet has announced it’s grounding its fleet and cancelling all flights scheduled after Sept. 10.
I thought the days of $500 for a return flight to Halifax were over. In fact, I haven’t paid more than $350 in the last five years that I’ve been flying with CanJet.
Pity.
Alberta premier Ralph Klein attended his last Question Period and news conference in Edmonton yesterday, and although he’s divided a lot of people within his province and out, it was still a significant occasion worth noting.
